Refund and Returns Policy
For Customers other than Consumers, a handling charge may apply in respect of all products returned other than due to defects covered by the warranty. Any request to return products are at the discretion of isscasolutions.
Customers may only return products to isscasolutions where prior approval has been granted, and receive a credit or refund or replacement on the following conditions:
1.The Customer should contact isscasolutions to obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all relevant paperwork)
2.Return must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation) or collection of such product(s).
3.Products must be returned to isscasolutions in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale;
4.The Customer must follow any specific instructions which appear on the isscasolutions paperwork with any product regarding its return to isscasolutions; and
5.Products must be returned to isscasolutions adequately packed and clearly labelled using the address label attached to the Returns Material Authorisation
6.The Customer must quote the Returns Number on the parcel being returned.
Where the Customer returns products to isscasolutions not in accordance with clause (i) – (vi) above (for example, after the period for returns has expired or in an unfit state) isscasolutions may refuse to accept the return and return the products to the Customer.
isscasolutions accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit from Customer to isscasolutions where isscasolutions has not provided the collection Services.
Customers may return products to isscasolutions where isscasolutions have caused the error and receive a credit or refund or replacement on the following conditions:

isscasolutions will use a courier to arrange collection of the order, the courier will bring with them a label for attaching to the package.
Cancellations
isscasolutions may, at its discretion, allow an order to be cancelled where there is no fault with the product, Customer provides reasonable explanation for the cancelation (lead time claims will not be valid) and subject to:
i.if applicable, subject to manufacture approval of the cancellation
ii.isscasolutions must have confirmed the cancelation in writing
iii.Any charges applicable to the cancellation from the Manufacture will be the sole responsibility of the Customer
iv.Customer must provide a hard copy order to cover any charges mentioned in clause ‘iii’
